At Wabiko, we take great care in sourcing and preparing our teas and ceremonial products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of matcha, all food and tea purchases are considered final sale once opened.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
Proof of purchase is required
